Most people in Indian sport are either athletes or operators. I've been both.
Fifteen years competing for India taught me what performance costs. The years since have gone into building the businesses behind it — 108+ courts, 5+ centres, and the infrastructure, contracts and cash flow that make them work. I advise from the operator's side of the table. Not from theory, but from decisions made with real athletes, real stakeholders, real capital and facilities that had to open on time.
